City of West Branch issued the following announcement on Sep. 25.
The City of West Branch is accepting requests for developer qualifications for the development of a multifamily residential housing project. The parcel of land is 35.8 acres and is located off of M-30 near the Mid Michigan Hospital and Medical Office Park. Requests will be accepted until October 30, 2019 at 4:30 pm with an anticipated awarding of the project at the City Council meeting on November 18, 2019.
