Austin Catholic High School issued the following announcement on Oct. 22.
Senior Kathryn Schirmer has chosen to help the Samaritan House for her Caritas Project. Please help her collect various Thanksgiving Food Items for those in need.
Students, bring your donations to Austin and place them in the boxes according to your House. The House with the most items will be awarded a free sweatpants day!
All proceeds benefit the Samaritan House, an organization devoted to helping individuals and families in need. Your generous donations will ensure food- families who otherwise would not, will have a meal to gather around this Thanksgiving.
