Regina High School issued the following announcement on Oct. 29.
The Regina Student Council kicked off their Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit St. Isidore's Baby Pantry, St. Margaret of Scotland Parish, St. Leo's Parish, Nativity of Our Lord Parish, St. Pat Senior Center and the Capuchin outreach programs.
Collections of general food pantry items will take place during Advisory period and each student is asked to bring in canned or boxed goods and non-perishable items. Bonus points are awarded for new baby goods such as food, diapers, bibs and clothes. Although donated goods can be dropped off in the given boxes any day of the week, the first official “count” day is Friday, Nov. 1st.

Weekly Incentive Prizes:
Week 1: Free breakfast for the advsisory who brings in the most donations!
Week 2: If every advisory brings in at least 50 items. The entire school gets a one hour advisory perioud of Monday, November 11th!
Week 3: If every advisory brings in at least 50 items. The entire school gets a pajama day/spirit wear day for free on Monday, November 18th!
Week 4: If we have enough donations to fill up the stage completely, the entire school gets a day off on Friday, November 22nd!
