City of St. Clair Shores issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
The 3AM to 5AM parking ban will be lifted, beginning on Saturday, December 21st through Monday, January 6th over the holidays. This does not apply to the overnight parking of commercial vehicles and this does not apply during hours designated as a Snow Emergency.
