Austin Catholic High School issued the following announcement on March 5
For Current and Future Crusaders in grades 7 - 11.
This fielding clinic will teach college-style fielding drills for players looking to improve their footwork, range, and release.
The clinic will also serve as an introduction to the Crusaders Club Softball Team.
It is recommended that all girls interested in joining the Austin Softball Program attend. In addition to the instruction, each participant will receive a pizza lunch, a t-shirt, and a water bottle. At the end of the session, Athletic Director Jim Baker will be on hand to answer parent and player questions regarding the Austin Softball Program.
Coach Gina Muszynski will lead the clinic. Gina played softball at Eastern Michigan University and coached at Chippewa Valley High School. She currently coaches the Softball team at St. Thecla and the 13u Saints in the CMGFL out of Macomb, Michigan.
Register before March 13 by emailing your Name, Current Grade, and Shirt Size to athletics@austincatholichighschool.org.
(Please bring a $25 check payable to Austin Catholic H.S. or cash on the day of the clinic.)
