City of St. Clair Shores issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.
The U.S. Passport Agency informed the City Clerk that since Passports haven't been processed in the past 6 months due to COVID-19 shutdown of services, the department is not allowed to resume as a passport acceptance agency.
