The lighter and darker side of Prohibition in St. Clair is on tap (no pun intended) when the St. Clair Historical Museum presents “Beer, Booze and Bootleggers” Thursday, Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. and repeated Friday, Sept. 17 at 1 p.m. at the Museum, 308 S. 4th St.
