The City of Richmond is accepting applications for the position of Utility Billing Clerk (Secretary/Receptionist II).  This position is the main point of contact for the public at the front counter of City Hall.  This is a full-time position union position, with benefits.  The starting rate of pay will be $19.43 per hour.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to serving as the main customer service point of contact for the residents, employees and vendors by way of answering phones and in person at the front counter of City Hall.  In addition, will perform a variety of account keeping activities in support of the utility billing, accounts payable and cemetery functions of the City, tax payment receipting, and cash receipts including the daily balancing of the cash drawer.
