The Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) has announced the 2021-2022 MCCAA Academic All-Conference, Academic All-MCCAA, and the Academic All-MCCAA Teams awards.  

Criteria for the awards state that a student-athlete must be an active member on the roster at the end of the academic year/sports season. MCCAA Academic All-Conference requires that a student-athlete has completed 24 credit hours with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0. The Academic All-MCCAA award winners consist of student-athletes who have completed a minimum of 24 credit hours and carry a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above.

The MCCAA Academic Team Award is presented to teams with a team average GPA of 3.0 or higher.

St. Clair County Community College had a total of 62 student-athletes with a 3.0 or above. 44 SC4 student-athletes with a 3.2 or above grade point average and 4 Skippers Athletic teams were awarded MCCAA All-Academic Team.
