City of St. Clair Shores issued the following announcement on Dec. 30.
The telephone lines at City Hall, Civic Arena, the Police and Fire departments are not working. The 911 system is NOT affected. To contact the Police/Fire departments, call the SERESA non-emergency line at 586-776-6700.
