St. Clair County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on Aug. 5.
Sheriff Mat King sadly reports the passing of K-9 Fist.
Due to multiple health issues, Fist was euthanized on Wednesday.
Fist served the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office as a patrol/narcotics dog from March 2010 through January 2016. After his retirement, Fist lived out the rest of his life at the home of his handler, Deputy Mike Pink.
